Niki Kiviat teaches high school Spanish and Italian at Greenwich Country Day School in Connecticut, where she is also the Coordinator of their World Language Diploma Program.
Her current manuscript project (under consideration by University of Toronto Press) examines continuities and changes within Italy’s filmic foodscape, 1954-1973.
